I had an excellent experience having Durbin Electric install several new outlets in my basement. They responded quickly to my inquiry and were able to give me a quote over email after I sent them some pictures and talked through my needs. They asked the right questions and gave me a reasonable estimate without trying to upsell me. After attempting to install a light fixture ourselves and seeing a spark, we called Durbin Electric on a Sunday and they answered immediately and had someone out the very next day. I was lucky enough to have Isaiah and Trey at my door at 8:30am ready to fix it. They had it fixed quickly and were just pleasant to work with. They wore shoe covers and were super nice to our dog and kids, too. Thank you both for getting our dining room ready for all of our holiday meals this season. Highly recommend! 🙂

AMAZING experience with Michael from Durbin Electric. our furnace went out and when the HVAC company couldn’t figure out the issue, we scrambled to find someone to come take a look as we have a 3 month old baby and no heat in our home. Durbin Electric quickly booked us an appointment and arrived at our home within 30 minutes. he quickly diagnosed the issue and even though it was an issue the HVAC company should have been able to fix, he quickly fixed the problem and was incredibly kind while doing so. amazing prices and amazing service all around. would highly recommend Durbin Electric to anyone! thank you, Michael!

Highly recommend Durbin Electric! After a house fire, we needed an electrician onsite to see if we could turn the breaker back on. Within days of my initial call to Durbin Electric, an electrician came out to give us an estimate, the estimate was emailed to us within 24 hours, and we had an appointment for the work to be completed in one week. All of the Durbin Electric employees we have come into contact with have been professional, courteous, and excellent problem solvers. I would highly recommend them, including for the experience start to finish. They also clean up after themselves really well!

I had Kaleb and Isaiah out to my home this morning, and they were efficient, friendly, and communicative about the issues I was experiencing. They rememdied the issue and explained to me what was causing it and what I need to do to prevent it into the future. The cost of the service was very reasonable. I chose Durbin Electric because of all the 5 star reviews, and man, they did not disappoint. From the moment I called, which wasn’t until around 1030 this morning, they were nothing short of fantastic. I was told that they may be able to get to me today and I was put on the schedule for the afternoon. The lady that I spoke with was very honest in explaining to me that there was a possibly that they wouldn’t be able to get to me and may have to reschedule, which I was completely fine with.

Well, they made it work! Isaiah showed up right around 4, and by 430, he was done and the electricity in my master bedroom and my bathroom receptacles were all working again! Plus, Isaiah is a super nice dude - very polite and we talked the entire time he was here. So thankful that I made the call to Durbin - Google reviews work! Very professional. Explained what was the issue and fixed the issue. The gentleman who was with Trey. He was very straightforward and to the point. I appreciated his honesty. I don’t remember the name of the other gentleman but he was top notch. They are also very reasonable for an electrician. I would call Durbin again electric again if I had any electrical needs.

I would highly recommend Durbin Elictric. They quickly responded to me on a Sunday. morning and had an electrician at my house within an hour. Because LG&E had to disconnect power, my problem was not fixed until next day. Durbin may be the best I have used in my 50 years in Louisville! Mike was just here to label everything in my breaker box. He did a great job. I now know which breaker turns off everything in my house. Once again Durbin Electric did a great job. Price was reasonable.

Mike Durbin of Durbin Electrical personally came out early this Sunday morning and replaced a 15 breaker that have blown. He explained what he was doing (step by step), and once finished, tested and confirmed everything was working appropriately. Super nice guy. Five Stars !!!
